A Poem About Idaho
If you want to live with me in Idaho
then teach me how to speak French
fried russet potato
and say Boise Idaho
instead of la' bwaa Eda-ha'
means blue birds praying over
heaven and hell ‘s canyon
is as deep as the Grand
Tetons are-d-are steep
If you want to live with me in Idaho
then you better meet my dad
who loved to drink lucky logger beer
and make no mistake
my mother is perfect too
Calling me god
damn it you’d better behave
tearing down swollen banks
torn by the same draw
that wiped the wind clean
then it rained
just before the sun went down
and the moon came out
crying thunder
percolating yellow stones
awaking up
ghosts dancing
in a ring of kundalini
fire
acting faithful
as the old shook
and the new grew young
If you want to live with me in Idaho
then lie down on your back
no there is no going back
cuzzzz... I love you too.

# 13 The Grand Canyon
It is the grandest thing ever
gazing across the range of my soul
black birds sliding
side to side slide
like thoughts in a movie... real
unusual sights
up from below
here I am on high
wings spread metallic
spanning the grand wide open
layer upon layer
line by line
geographic legions
dispensations dead
life time of all knowingness
forgotten in-ya-go green and red
clouds on their way everywhere
capped in horizontal blue
with hands held open
bell bottoms ringing (((bohemian)))
Idaho black
I was there too
Chanting
She's the grandest grandest grandee ma
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
Awake inside as I am
The grandee grandee pa
Leaving the up behind
Riding snakes
Between elephants tracks
Stepping over pharaoh's beds
Dancing with lizards
Dancing Joe
Dancing Navaho
Side to side slide
This time knees high
Waving bye bye
Hop step
down to fly

Though the gap
The ultimate yantra map
The cracks in the land
The lines in my hand
Striking sutras shanghi stash
Milking mantras window pain
The fractures in my name
Pulling an electric choo choo train
Loaded on kundalini
Standing of pins fire
Lay in it
Play in it
All day long forever desire
No choice but scream your mantra
She's the grandest grandest grandee ma
My dear ma- me-ma
And I love her
For being awake inside
Her walls
As I am in mine
Now send me higher
Its dangerous out on the empty
Admiring tears grieving divine
I remembered
To bring down the rain
Pools of awe
Washing thru my brain
Over and over
Side to side
Slide
Many things will come
As others go
What do rivers know
Rocking out on the veranda
Playing Jesus
Pointing down to the all mighty
Stepping between north wall south
Edges polished by a billion gawking walkers
Agreeing your right, nothing is wrong
Yinging and yanging
Thrilled dogs barking
Art art art
God she must have painted it her self
Cant move till dark
Whispering...
